nope. once in a while, a very very long while, Kogoro gets one right... halfway... then Conan has to finish it off. plus, in about 5 cases out of the 970 episodes Kogoro got it right without Conan. so his win/loss ratio is terrible, but he isn't ALWAYS wrong.

Only a few times sadly I mean i remember that time when kogoro meets his childhood friend or when amuro first saw him do a case and get it right

ll the cases he solved was conan ending up helping him mid way to get realization or other cases he solved by himself was something to do with relationship, which conan is inexperienced at. So yes. 1043/5 cases were solved by kogoro. If you want to be specific
